Bold Cacao Energy Bites

These are going to be your perfect grab and go to snack! This is a great option because it takes minimal time and has protein, fiber and nutrients to keep you going on a busy day.
The great thing about making energy bites is that you can easily change or add any flavor you like. For example, if you wanted a more fruity taste you could use the Berry Fresh Realm Smoothie, combined with dried fruit and chopped nuts.
They can be customized in any way that fits your taste, but this recipe below is my favorite!



Ingredients

1 packet (2.2 oz) bold cocoa smoothie
½ cup natural peanut butter
¼ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1  cup old fashioned oats
⅛ cup ground flaxseed

Instructions

It's simple! Just mix up all of your ingredients, roll them into your preferred size (I typically stick to the size of a cake pop!) and keep them in the fridge to snack on throughout the week.
