Bold Cacao Bliss Bites – Your Perfect Snack for the Week!

Looking for a balanced, sweet treat to keep in the fridge this week? You've gotta give these bliss bites a try! These are the perfect salty-sweet combo, and pack a punch of nutrients with essential fatty acids, complex carbohydrates, and plenty of protein to fuel your day.

We love storing these in the fridge to snack on throughout the week – recipe below!

Ingredients

  • 8 dates, pitted

  • 1 cup cashews

  • 1 cup almonds

  • 2 tbsp hemp seed

  • 2 tbsp of Bold Cacao mixture + some extra for rolling the bliss bites

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

  • Roll bliss bites by hand to your preferred size (we recommend the size of a cake pop)!

  • Roll in extra Bold Cacao mixture for decoration + flavor!

  • Enjoy! (They keep well in fridge for 4-5 days or can be frozen)
