Packed with protein, there is no refined sugar and no baking needed for these little decadent bites of goodness featuring our Bold Cacao smoothie blend. It's the ultimate way to enjoy your two favorite treats in one!
- 3/4 cup cashew butter
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup Realm Bold Cacao
- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
- In a medium bowl, mix together everything except the Bold Cacao smoothie powder until a cookie dough-like texture forms.
- Place half of the dough in a separate bowl and mix in the Bold Cacao powder until fully incorporated.
- Press the chocolate half into the bottom of a lined loaf pan. Then press the cookie dough on top.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and refrigerator for a few hours to firm up.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
